Laundery provides convenient laundry services at your doorstep, with the fastest
turnaround time of just 6-7 hours. Save time and rest assured that your clothes are in the best hands.
Once you have booked a date and time through our website, our staff will contact you to pick up your laundry according to your booking.
We strive to arrive within 1 hour of your scheduled time, such as between 8 and 9 AM. Upon arrival, our staff will call you.
If you are unavailable, we will wait for 15 minutes before proceeding to other orders.
If you are ready, simply contact our admin and we will return to pick up your laundry. Alternatively ,
you may leave your laundry with the hotel receptionist, in your room, or at a secure location within your accommodation.
You can leave a note for our staff during the booking process or inform our admin.
Your laundry will be delivered according to your scheduled time.
In case of any unforeseen delays , we will notify you in advance.
If you are unavailable, you can contact us to reschedule the delivery. You are not required to wait for your laundry delivery.
You can leave cash with the hotel receptionist or make a payment before the scheduled delivery time and let us know
if you prefer us to drop off your laundry elsewhere. ,If you haven't made a payment and our staff is unable to reach you
your laundry will be returned to our store upon the scheduled delivery time. If you are ready to receive your laundry,
please contact us to arrange a redelivery.
